12 documentary projects have been selected by the Institute of Documentary Film (IDF) for their 18th Ex Oriente Film Workshop.
From a record 108 submissions, the 12 selected films from Central and #Eastern Europe# will receive developmental tutorage from respect industry figures including #Salomé Jashi#, #Emma Davie#, #Peter Kerekes#, and #Giona Nazzaro#. The workshop lasts a duration of 3x 3 week-long workshops across a 9-month span wit the first occurring online 22-27 June 2020.
