The 4th Barcelona 360º Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Market will be held from December 14 to 18 in an online format, returning the most comprehensive event dedicated to Virtual Reality in Spain.
The event will develop as a meeting point for prominent national and international professionals from this emerging sector and will be organized around various topics where Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality play a fundamental role, such as:

- Super High Definition
- Artificial Intelligence
- Technology
- Education
- Health
- Equality
- Inclusion
- Sound
- Cinema
The event will also be structured around 3 areas:
- PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCES – Online talks with different professionals on the application of Virtual Reality in the mentioned areas.
- Individual ONE-TO-ONE MEETINGS with the speakers, upon prior request.
- VR CINEMA – a unique opportunity to watch at home the most outstanding VR short films of the last year. Every work will compete for the award for Best VR Short Film. From December 14 to 18.
As part of the event there will also have a space dedicated to the application of VR in Documentary, where the film director and founder of Denmark’s Fox Media, Robert Fox, will hold the conference «Creating VR Documentaries». The talk will take place on Wednesday, December 16 in online format (12 pm – 1 pm GMT+1), and it will discuss the aspects to take into account when filming reality in 360º. After the conference, there will be also an online one-to-one meeting (1 pm – 2 pm GMT+1) with the director and those interested, upon request.
Fox will speak about what attracted him to VR documentary compared to normal documentary work, where he says it is always important to have reasons to change technology. Also, in the VR Cinema section, Fox’s documentary project Saving my Oasis, about the impact of climate change in the desert south of Morocco, will be exhibited, as well as other 360º short films in a Robert Fox retrospective out of the competition.
