The 31st Sarajevo Film Festival (15–22 August 2025) will shine a light on one of Europe’s most dynamic film industries with its «Spotlight on Poland» programme, presented in partnership with the Polish Film Institute.
Celebrated for its bold storytelling, technological innovation, and evolving production models, Poland has emerged as a continental leader in audiovisual creativity. The spotlight will showcase the country’s strengths in co-production, virtual production, digital storytelling, and cross-sector IP development, highlighting a new generation of companies driving experimentation and regional collaboration.
A diverse Polish delegation—featuring professionals from film, post-production, animation, and tech-enhanced formats—will take part in CineLink Industry Days, joining over 1,200 film professionals for curated meetings, networking, and co-production forums. Delegates will also engage in the CineLink Talks (17–21 August) and the Talents Innovation Forum (18–20 August), a new platform fostering dialogue at the intersection of storytelling and technology.
