    AJB DOC Film Festival announces jury for fifth edition

    The fifth AJB DOC Festival Competition Programme has announced it five-member jury who will select the best film for the AJB DOC Main Award. All competing films enter the competition for the award, which awards the “AJB Program Award”. All films screened at also enter the competition for the Audience Award with a total value of 12,000 euros.

    The jury for the fifth AJB DOC Festival consists of filmmaker Aida Begić, whose films Death Experience, Snow, Children of Sarajevo, and Never leave me have featured at Cannes and with European Film Academy nominations. Joining Begić are Hulahop Production Company director and co-founder of ZagrebDox, Dana Budisavljević# and Tunisian filmmaker and Al Jazeera Media Network producer Fatma Riahi. Also, BAFTA-winning British documentary filmmaker Phil Grabsky (My Childhood, My Country – 20 Years in Afghanistan) and Turkish filmmaker Ensar Altay (Guardian of Angels, Kodokushi).
