The esteemed Astra Film Festival (AFF) has announced its call for entries for the 2024 edition, scheduled to illuminate Sibiu from 20th to the 27th October. Renowned for its celebration of non-fiction storytelling, AFF 2024 invites documentary filmmakers from around the globe to submit their works by 15th April for a chance to be part of its four competitive sections.
With a steadfast commitment to showcasing cinematic narratives that embody honesty and originality, AFF is seeking documentaries that dare to confront challenging topics. The festival’s competitive sections, including Emerging Voices of Documentary, Central and Eastern Europe, Romania, and DocSchool, offer a platform for a diverse range of voices and perspectives.
