Since 2017, Kids Kino Industry forum has become one of the most important events of this kind in Eastern and Central Europe. For 2022, the international co-production forum runs from 27 to 30 September in Warsaw and online. Each year, the Kids Kino Industry forum welcomes new and returning filmmakers and industry representatives whose goal is to make unique films and series for young audiences and young adults.

This year’s forum is set to feature a range of great and emerging talents: producers, screenwriters, directors, as well as established filmmakers looking for partners who would like to help them develop their projects of films and series for young audiences. For the first time, the forum will be held in Warsaw’s Kinoteka and will feature 1:1’s with the likes of Warner Bros. Discovery, YLE Finnish Broadcasting, Windrose, Canal+ Poland, Latvian Television, Blue Spirit, Indie Sales, Blue Zoo, Galapagos Films, LevelK, REinvent International Sales, Beta Film, Wild Bunch, Film Republic, Dutch Features, VRT Ketnet, and Folkets BIO.

Additional programme highlights include a workshop about audience insights with #Rikke Flodin#, an interactive masterclass Creating thriller/horror for 12+ , case studies of the French and Eastern European programming, 27 pitching presentations of projects of films and series at the in-development, and more.
