The Ji.hlava International Documentary Festival has opened submissions for their 25th edition (26 – 31 October 2021). Accepted are feature-length, shorts, animated, and interactive documentaries. Ji.hlava IDFF premiered films are eligible for the European Film Academy Awards and the festival’s winners are also eligible for Oscar consideration. Also open for applications from Ji.hlava IDFF is the festival’s famed EMERGING PRODUCERS workshop. The tenth edition of the programme focused on the training and promotion of talented European documentary film producers will hold sessions in Ji.hlava IDFF (26 – 29 October 2021) and Berlin (February 2022), respectively.
