Nordisk Panorama Film Festival has announced the winners of its 2020 hybrid festival. This 31st edition of Nordisk Panorama Film Festival is not over yet and continues online through the weekend. Nordic audiences still have free access to the film programme, including most of the award-winning films, talks with all filmmakers, and masterclasses until midnight on Sunday, 27 September 2020.

This year, Nordisk Panorama Film Festival screened over 80 films from some 500+ submitted, 250 of which were the latest Nordic shorts and documentaries. Of those, the winners are as below:

  • Best Nordic Short Film: The Affected (dir. Rikke Gregersen)
  • New Nordic Voice – Documentary: Colombia In My Arms (dir. Jenni Kivistö, Jussi Rastas)
  • New Nordic Voice – Short Film: Fucking Adopted (dir. Nora Nivedita Tvedt)
  • City of Malmö’s Audience Award: The Nannies (dir. Signe Barvild Stæhr)
  • Young Nordic – Children’s Choice Award: Yes-People (dir. Gísli Darri Halldórsson)
