This May, #KineDok introduces a new collection of documentary films and shorts. Comprising 17 full-length documentaries and a compelling selection of shorts, the collection offers viewers across Central and Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Georgia) an array of films that delve into contemporary societal issues, personal narratives, and historical reflections.
KineDok’s commitment to immersive viewing experiences is evident in its choice of unconventional screening venues. From cafes and boats to churches and barns, these settings promise to enhance the viewing experience.
This year’s collection also marks a notable expansion in KineDok’s offerings, including a series of short films and a focus on archival materials alongside contemporary narratives.
