29th Baltic Sea Docs wraps in Riga with eight industry awards

The 29th Baltic Sea Docs closed on 7 September after a week of workshops, pitching and screenings, awarding eight documentary projects from the Baltic Sea region, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus. Forum manager #Zane Balčus# said the event’s preparatory workshop and partnerships continue to anchor BSD as a key regional platform for creative documentaries.

  • BBposthouse Award (post services, €3,000): Threads of My Ancestors — dir. Carlos E. Lesmes; prods. Merili Laur (Tin Can).
