The winners at the Nordisk Panorama Film Festival 2022 have been announced. Out of 64 nominated Nordic documentaries and short films, the jury and audience have voted for winners in five competition sections.

- Best Nordic Short Film: From. Beyond (dir. Fredrik Sundsteigen Hana) – Norway
- Honourable Mention (Short Film): The Diamond (dir. Vedran Rupic) – Sweden
- New Nordic Voice: Moosa Lane (dir. Anita M. Hopland) – Denmark, Norway
- City of Malmö’s Audience Award: A House Made of Splinters (dir. Simon Lereng Wilmont) – Denmark, Finland, Ukraine, Sweden
- Young Nordic Award: Inside the Aquarium (dir. Lina Berger) – Sweden
