Sunny Side of the Doc announces 2022 Global Pitch selections, jury

From 180 projects issued from 47 countries, Sunny Side of the Doc has announced its 12 global projects to pitch online at the 2022 market.

The «Womens Voices» selection – showcasing important, compelling, topical, relevant and original stories with a female perspective – will feature 12 documentary projects from 11 different countries including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Central African Republic, China, France, Germany, Islamic Republic of Iran, Nepal and Spain. Winners of the 2022 Sunny Side of the Doc Global Pitch will be selected by a jury of influential representatives of the documentary and audiovisual sector, Program Director at Chicken & Egg Pictures Lucila Moctezuma, Senior Producer in the production department of Al Jazeera Media Network Mehdi Bekkar, and In-Docs Executive Director Gugi Gumilang.
