From 180 projects issued from 47 countries, Sunny Side of the Doc has announced its 12 global projects to pitch online at the 2022 market.
The «Womens Voices» selection – showcasing important, compelling, topical, relevant and original stories with a female perspective – will feature 12 documentary projects from 11 different countries including #Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Central African Republic, China, France, Germany, Islamic Republic of Iran, Nepal and Spain. Winners of the 2022 Sunny Side of the Doc Global Pitch will be selected by a jury of influential representatives of the documentary and audiovisual sector, Program Director at Chicken & Egg Pictures #Lucila Moctezuma#, Senior Producer in the production department of Al Jazeera Media Network #Mehdi Bekkar#, and In-Docs Executive Director #Gugi Gumilang#.
