Transilvania International Film Festival announces non-fiction centrepiece «What’s Up, Doc?» programme

    From 23 July – 1 August 2021, the 20th Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF) will take place across cinemas and venues in Cluj-Napoca, one of the largest urban centres in Romania. The festival’s centrepiece for documentary film is its «What’s Up, Doc?» programme, which features a selection of highly acclaimed non-fiction films.
