On Saturday, 13 March, Anna Savchenko’s 72 Hours was presented with the #FIFDH Impact Day Award. The film, which portrays the transformation from a grieving mother to a symbol of the struggle against the death penalty, will receive a €15,000 impact strategic package courtesy of Think-Film Impact Production.

This 3rd Impact Day edition took place entirely online with participation coming from over 70 countries across its two public webinars including «Filming For Human Rights», 3-part Impact Lab, and almost one hundred pre-arranged 1-to-1 meetings. With 16 selected projects to participate, FIFDH Impact Day is aimed at bringing together filmmakers and changemakers, to build synergies and develop common strategies to strengthen human rights movements through the use of cinematic storytelling.
